Where do I come from?

My name is Tatiana and I am a photographer with two main directions - food and interiors.

I wasn't always a photographer, and before becoming one, I spent 11 unforgettable years working in the hospitality industry, in hotels of the French chain Accor. During this time I learned a lot, received knowledge, applied it and passed it on, it led me from a reservation agent in ibis Yaroslavl to deputy general manager at Pullman Tbilisi.

In the hotel all the departments are linked together, so I managed to plunge into a variety of areas - restaurant, reception, housekeeping, quality management, and even IT, security and engineering. So without a doubt, the service industry holds a huge part of my heart.

In 2015 I left my hometown Yaroslavl and moved to Sochi, and a couple of years later, to Ulyanovsk, following the development of my career within the same hotel chain, and I ended up in Tbilisi for the same reason.

In February, 2020 I came here as part of the pre-opening team for the opening of the first Pullman in Georgia. Of course we didn't open the hotel very soon due to the obvious reasons. But the situation in the world itself and everything that followed and is still following, gave me the push I needed to think whether I wanted to try myself in something else, cause working in the hotels was the only thing I've tried since graduating the university.

And so, 2,5 years later, in the summer of 2022 after opening of the hotel, I resigned.

Yes, it was scare, difficult, brave, crazy to leave what you are professional at, what you have stability in, but thanks to this leap into the unknown I became who I am today and am where I want to be.

I really love what I do, photography makes me happy, energizes and inspires me, as do the clients who I have a chance to work with.

I try to understand and reveal the soul of every restaurant, hotel or food production which I'm lucky to work with, so I hope you can feel it too through my photography.
